No. You don't need any previous coaching experience to start.
No. Coaching and psychology are different professional disciplines. Professional coaches should understand the boundaries of coaching and refer clients to appropriately qualified professionals when required.
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) looks at how language, thinking and behaviour patterns shape our experience, and how becoming aware of those patterns opens up new options. In the Science of Success it sits alongside Life Coaching and Identity Coaching.
You can carry on into Module 2 (Coaching Fundamentals) and Module 3 (Advanced Coaching) to complete your ICR-accredited Life Coach Certificate. After that, you can build your coaching practice with Coachify or specialise in Wellness, Career, Performance or Executive Coaching.
